Leg of lamb: Choose from shank or fillet

Shoulder of lamb: Choose from knuckle or blade

Legs and shoulders can also be boned and rolled if you wish

 

Chops and Steaks

Lamb barnsley chops (double loin chop) are always available, single loin chops and cutlets can be on request!

Lamb leg steaks and chump steaks are always available.

 

Racks of lamb, guard of honour, crown of lamb - all prepared on request.
